55 William St and 50 Richmond St were downtown Oshawa’s only high rise complex for many years, and still the largest in Oshawa. McLaughlin Square features underground parking, a renovated second floor courtyard, indoor pool, and is across the street from the YMCA and Ontario Courthouse. With so many units between the two buildings there is usually something available from 1 bedroom units to larger three bedrooms or even one of the few two storey units.
