Quiet and well cared for North Ajax Condo offering good value and while there might not be underground parking or a rooftop patio 2 Westney Rd. has reasonable condo fees that aren’t going towards all the “extras” of some other buildings. The Top of Westney is a short walk to all amenities and has great access to the highway. Features large outdoor pool and patio area, small gym and sauna. There are no pets allowed here, which is something to take note of, though not uncommon in Ajax Condos
