44 Bond Street West is a retrofit project by Atria developments and consists of a 10 storey and 6 storey building with a modern exterior, suites with 9 foot celings, underground parking, party room, easy access to the GO and close to everything the downtown has to offer. When viewing listings online make sure there is a parking space associated with the unit. A few of the smaller units don’t have one which is unusual for an Oshawa condo.
